March 5, 2018 is the first practice of the 2018 track and field season. Last year the Tigers had many athletes compete at the regional meet, but only two advanced to the state meet, Senior Ryan Demaline and sophomore Nathan Meller. In his last high school state meet, Demaline threw 163 feet 11 inches in discus, placing 4th, and 55 feet 10 inches in shot placing 5th. Meller ran 2:02 in the 800m earning him the 14th place spot. This year, Nathan strives to return to state along with as many of his teammates as possible.
