On November 26th of 2018, a piece of many of our childhoods has  died. The creator of SpongeBob the TV show on Nickelodeon has sadly died.  Stephen Hillenburg was 57 years old. His show, SpongeBob, had first aired on May 1st, 1999, and is not to end yet. Hillenburg told the public that he was diagnosed with ALS on March 2017. SpongeBob is soon in 2019 to be coming out with its 3rd movie and another 26 episodes after being rumored it was going to cancel in March but that was only said to hype up the movie and show. Hillenburg created a show that lasted longer than any other TV show. SpongeBob will carry on in memory of Hillenburg and all of us that watched the show will miss the guy behind the scenes.
