On Friday, September 28, the Tigers traveled to Wauseon to face the Indians in league play. It was a big night for the Indians, as they were trying to put something together and it was their Homecoming. Wauseon coming in was 1-4, as the Tigers came in at an astounding 5-0. At halftime, the Tigers found themselves up big at 21-0. Coming out the second half, the Tigers scored 13 more points to get them the win 34-0.


Liberty Center had a couple guys with good games. Jarrett Krugh had another great game, going 11 for 16 with 225 yards and 3 touchdowns. The leading tackler on defense was CJ Spradlin with 7 total tackles while Maguire Vollmar trailed with 6. This week, the Tigers face the Archbold Blue Streaks at home for their Homecoming. It’ll be a good one! Rex Lingruen Stadium at 7pm on Friday. The team hopes to see you all there.
