Exciting news coming out of the FFA National convention as Garth Brooks was confirmed to be playing a concert for members who register for the concert and are going to the convention. This is quite a big deal because usually tickets for a Garth Brooks concert are upwards of $400, so it being free for people who attend the FFA national convention is a huge savings.

In other news, the Liberty Center FFA held their first student meeting this year on Wednesday the 19th. At this meeting it was decided to have $5,000 set aside as an emergency fund for a plasma cutter, this was only set aside incase the dedicated funds for it don’t come through, they can use the emergency fund to purchase it.
