The Liberty Center Tigers had their tournament game on the 27th of February against the Swanton Bulldogs. The final score of the game was 48-41. Going into halftime, the Tigers were up seven and looking to continue their good play. The Bulldogs came out strong and forced a few turnovers leading to points, this would make the score 22-21 with the Tigers up one. Liberty Center would call a timeout to stop the run. With just a few minutes left in the game, the score was tied with the lead going back and forth. Swanton would start to pull away and gain a lead on the Tigers. Liberty Center made an attempt to come back, but it was too much to overcome at that point and would end up losing. This was the Tigers last basketball game of the season, and now players will move on to their spring sports.
