The 7th/8th Grade Advanced Choir caroled at the Toledo Zoo on Monday, November 27th. Along with the middle-schoolers, three members of the high school Acapella Choir tagged along. This is an annual event that Liberty Center’s choirs take part in every year. Last year, the Chamber Choir was the only one to carol, and they did it in town instead of at the zoo.

The Chamber Choir, along with most of the high school Acapella Choir, will be caroling at the zoo on December 7th. All three of the mentioned choirs sing the same carols, including but not limited to Silver Bells, God Rest You Merry Gentlemen, and Jingle Bell Rock. The students enjoy getting festive and singing the Christmas songs, getting to experience seeing the Lights Before Christmas with their friends, and they also like that when they carol, there is a meal included in the trip. The 7th and 8th Grade choir went to Panera Bread and the Chamber and Acapella Choirs will be going to Jimmy John’s and Arby’s.
