Tuesday was the deadline for trading in the NFL. The deadline usually sees crazy trades as teams look to find the missing piece to their team or teams are looking for draft picks to rebuild their sinking ship of a team.

The first trade of the day saw the Carolina Panthers trading away wide receiver Kelvin Benjamin to the Buffalo Bills. In return, the Panthers will receive a 3rd and 7th round draft pick in next year’s draft from the Bills.

The next trade featured the New England Patriots and San Francisco 49ers. The Patriots sent back up quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo to San Francisco for a second round draft pick in the draft next year.

The last and most exciting trade of the night was made by the Miami Dolphins and the Philadelphia Eagles. The Miami Dolphins sent running back Jay Ajayi for a fourth round draft pick in next year’s draft. The reason this trade was so exciting is the fact the Eagles already own the best record in the NFL and just added tremendous talent to the back field without having to lose any major players to do it.

We will have to wait to see how these trade workout for these teams throughout the rest of the season
