It is never too early to get started for the next football season. Players can start lifting to get stronger for the upcoming year. While lifting, the players should try to eat a healthier diet, which helps them gain muscle and lose fat. It is also important that the seniors take charge and have players get together every now and then to get to know each other, especially the freshmen. Often, the players will play flashball or some sort of game and bond as a team. Also, during the summer, they can watch film of their games, scrimmages, and practices to see what they can improve on. Lastly, on May 23rd in the high school gym there is a player/parent meeting at 7:00 P.M. This meeting is very important. Coach Mohler will be dispensing vital information, players will be fit for new cleats, schedules will be handed out, and Mrs. Frankforther, the senior mom in charge, will be making announcements for the parents. Please do your best to attend this important meeting.
