President Trump’s plan to reinstate the travel ban has been rejected by the 9th US Circuit Court of Appeals. According to BBC News, the appeals court said that there was no real threat of terrorism that justified the travel ban to be needed. The seven countries that would be included in this travel ban are mostly of the Muslim religion. In response to the court’s decision, Donald Trump tweeted ¨SEE YOU IN COURT, THE SECURITY OF OUR NATION IS AT STAKE!¨ Mentioned by BBC News, the appeals court made its unanimous decision on Thursday with a 3-0 ruling. Hillary Clinton, former presidential candidate, also tweeted in response to the Court’s decision saying, ¨3-0.¨ President Trump’s fight is far from over as he will continue to strive for the travel ban to be enforced.
