On December 5th a student at Heidelberg University was arrested for having multiple weapons in his dorm. David Conrad is an 18-year-old student at the college and was arrested for the possession of weapons when the campus has a no weapon policy without written authorization. They were originally investigating because he allegedly threatened his girlfriend. The girlfriend called campus security and reported that he threatened her. Campus security called the city police department. Police investigated Conrad’s room and found a .45 caliber handgun, multiple knives, a blow-dart gun, and two pairs of brass knuckles. Conrad was arrested right when they found the weapons.
