Every year from about the middle of November until New Year’s Eve, the Toledo Zoo presents The Lights Before Christmas, located at the zoo. The tradition of the Lights Before Christmas started in 1986, and has been a holiday hit since then! Key Bank is the main sponsor of the Lights Before Christmas. Now some people think you just walk around and look at all the pretty lights, you can do that but they also have carolers and different activities like bumper cars on ice and the Ice Slide. There are nearly 70 miles of lights utilized throughout the display. Admission for the Lights is $17 for adults, and $14 for children, but the beautiful view is worth it!
